Hello! I've came across a problem I've had a apple device for about 3 years and had no problems with it what so ever. Recently I tried to update my games through the app store I got prompt with a message saying that my account has not been used before and that I needed to accept some TO. I followed through clicked my country then it asked me for a credit card.. can anyone help me I don't even own a credit card.
Did you switch app stores, by any chance? Did you download the original apps in the store that you are in?
To my knowledge I haven't changed anything.
Sign out of your Apple ID, restart your iPad, sign in again and then try to update again.
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Now restart. Hold down on the sleep button until the slider appears on the screen and slide to the right to shut down. Hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears on the screen to power up again.
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID. Sign in. Try to update again.
I tried that and didn't work, I din't have many apps so i decided to format my ipad still nothing..
I can't update my apps without a credit card?
