How do I sync photos from two separate iCloud accounts onto my PC?

iPhone 5, Windows 7

Howdy Springcheer,

While this is not syncing per se, I'm wondering if iCloud Photo Sharing will do what you need to get photos from two separate iCloud accounts to your PC.

This make no sense because the photos and videos are not transferred in full quality.

Is there another way around ?
