I would like to change my username to match my other usernames for other online sites. This would be a really big help!

Sorry, but you cannot change your forum username. All you can do is create a new account here and stop using the other account.

I have herd that it is possible for a Admin to change it. But it is very rare.

Correct. Just changing it isn't sufficient reason for a moderator to change your username.
