I might have accidentaly hit a key combination, but suddenly my insert FX on Output 1-2 (my main output) are invisible.
The space where the fx should be isn't visible anymore, as well as the sends.
There used to be fx in here an a bit of EQ, but it's gone now...
I checked the channel strip components, but no problems there.
Anybody have a clue?

Thanks for your reply, Erik. Unfortunately none of the historical edits repairs the fx.
The oldest undo-action is way before the fx disappeared. Although I tried undoing the complete history but it doesn't help.
As far as I can hear, the fx which are in the output channel are still there, so only they're not visible (and editable neither).
I also tried re opening Logic and saving my fx as channel strip setting, than opening another channel strip setting and back again. No succes.. 😟
I Suspect you have a loop or audio track configured for 5:1 surround, some loops particularly soundtrack ones do this?
check outputs of each track
Wow, thanks laamusic! Don't know how, but there was one track which morphed itself (.. ;-) ) into a surround track. Putting it back to stereo helped!
