Q: Billing issue


I have a balance available on my iTunes account but when I attempt to make purchase it asks for billing info. Why isn't it pulling from my balance?

    Tax that is taken out at the time of purchase may be one reason for the prompt you are receiving, as it may affect the final purchase price of the item in question, or if the item requires a subscription, that would necessitate a card being associated with your account.
