Email issues

Hi. Never had a problem before (used iPhone for four years now) but, at the bottom of my email screen it says 'updated on 23/3/15'. What's weird is that I am receiving some (not all) emails. On my Mac, all emails are there, which is how I know that not all are arriving on my iPhone. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Rob
