Headphones jack not working (iPhone 6) unbalanced

wwell my iPhone's headphones jack is not working properly, I get this imbalance all the way too loud on the right one (to the point of listening noise) and low on the left. It's uncomfortable. I checked on different headphones and I get the same problem. I already also checked the settings to see if they are balanced to the right.

The only solution I get for now is to balance all the way to the left. Before I just needed to do it a little bit to the left. But now I get the problem worst. What should i do? If it's damaged how can I fix this?? Is there any mfi lightning to headphone jack appliance, so I don't use the crappy headphone jack?? Thanks
