I have recently purchased (19th November,2014) Macbook Pro, Retina Display, 13' i5 Processor with SSD 128 GB. Now I badly want to expand my SSD with another 128 GB. Please advise me how I will do that. What is the cost for it?

If you are just looking for more onboard storage Jet Drive makes a SD card 128GB that works. Much less expensive and won't void your warranty.
Can't I upgrade SSD as my current One is SSD? Is not possible to upgrade SSD instead of SD?
If I upgrade with SD, will that effect on overall performance? But let me know if it is possible to upgrade with SSD instead of SD? If it is possible what would be the approximate cost?

At the present time there is NO SSD in the after market compatible with your MBP. If you are really desperate for additional storage, you only get it by purchasing a new MBP configured with the amount that you require.
