Greyed out apps
After installing IOS 8.2 on my Ipad II several apps are greyed out. I cannot delete the icons, nor install re-install the missing programs.

Try deleting the apps in Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage. If the app appears in there, tap on it and delete it in the next screen.
If that doesn't work, try a reset and see if the apps appear as they should. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
