Q: iCloud Keychain

Constantly says pending even though I have entered the icloud code and code which was texted to me. Keeps popping up to approve with security code or on another device. I don't have another device and via approve via security code just keeps looping.

If you can't enable iCloud Keychain on your iPhone please see this article.

Get help using iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

For example, you don't say which iPhone or iOS you are using.
If you can't set up iCloud Keychain on a new device
Make sure your new device is using iOS 7.0.3 or later, or OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later. Then make sure you have a strong cellular network connection.
