Podcasts App Missing

I normally don't use podcasts, so I don't have any. I just today found this podcast I liked, so I wanted to download it. I couldn't seem to even open the iTunes page for the podcast, so I decided to find my podcasts app and find it through the store from the app. Long story short, I couldn't find the app, looked up why, tried everything (Restarting, Installing the podcast through iTunes Windows, and re-syncing my phone.) I don't know what's going on. the App Store's page for Podcasts just says "Open the app" which doesn't work, and I can't even find the app through Spotlight Search. My iPhone is a 5c, and it's running iOS 8.2.
