Can someone please provide advice for logging into Facetime and Snapchat? My son cannot log in and he has the correct username and password. I don't know what else to do.

Try turning FaceTime off and on in Settings. As for SnapChat, try reinstalling the app or perhaps waiting for the next update on the App Store. I'm not familiar with SnapChat, so that's all I can really give you for the second app. 🙂
