Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to simply un-do the disable. However, you do have a few options.

1. Place the device in Recovery mode & restore. The article can be found below just be aware you'll need the Apple ID/iCloud Email address and password to disable the iCloud activation lock once you set the phone back up.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


2. if you don't have access to a computer to use iTunes to restore the device you can visit iCloud.com if you have "Find My iPhone" enabled, you can erase the device from within "Find my iPhone" and after the device is erased, set up as new, and the same applies about the iCloud activation lock.
