Attaching a portable power supply to a MacBook Pro.

I have a Duracell portable power supply that I use on my iPod Touch. I would like to use this power supply on my MacBook Pro during long flights, but I cannot figure out how to connect the power supply to my laptop. Is there a special connector that will allow me to connect this portable power supply to my laptop?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Is the voltage compatible?

There was a guy on here many months back who was doing this w/ a proprietary battery and MagSafe cables taken from stock Apple Chargers. He had more than 50 power supplies to give away. No cords.

This guy seems to have done it:

Of course using non OEM products will void your warranty.
