Not getting Replacement

My iphone 5C, S No. F78MP00RFYW8 is given for in warranty repairing since last 15 days. they are telling to give replacement in 2 days, since last 10 days.If this is the level of support in Apple, what different is it from any local 1/5th the priced phones.

Please expedite
