Not getting Replacement

My iphone 5C, S No. F78MP00RFYW8 is given for in warranty repairing since last 15 days. they are telling to give replacement in 2 days, since last 10 days.If this is the level of support in Apple, what different is it from any local 1/5th the priced phones.

Please expedite

Sorry, but we are all users here, just like you. Apple can't be reached by posting in these discussions.

If you are getting your phone serviced by an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store, did you try to speak to the manager and ask for the reason for the delay?
