can you re-invite someone to an iCloud shared album if you removed them from list of subscribers?

Using an iPhone 5 and 6+. Both are latest update of iOS. I created an iCloud photo share album to share pictures of my daughter with my mom. I sent her an invite and it wouldn't go through. So I removed her from the list of subscriber and tried re-inviting her. She now gets the invites but it tells her that the album is no longer available to view. I've tried creating a new album and inviting her it but same message appears. How can she join the album and view the photos?
