Can I or can’t I use any of the music in the Music and Sound Library in Final Cut X without any worry of copyright infringement?

Hello Fellow Final Cutters!

Can I or can’t I use any of the music in the Music and Sound Library in Final Cut X without any worry of copyright infringement? For example, there is a category called JINGLES and list the Artist as Apple Computer Inc. I have received several warnings from YouTube saying I was using copy written music. Is this a problem? What do I need to know.
