Q: MacBook has slowed to the point of crashing everytime?

So, my MacBook Air (Mid 2011, 2GB Ram) has become so slow to the point of it crashing in every app. It's fairly understandable as it's old and the memory is only 2GB. I will be buying the new MacBook on its release, but is there anything I can do to keep this one going until then?

The apps I use that cause it to crash:

Spotify

Skype

iTunes

Photoshop Elements 11 (Photoshop CC will not run anymore)

Safari

Minecraft

I am running on Yosemite and I am about 16GB free of 60 (I am unable to find what all these files are, I am sure that I have not used that much space; I have used multiple applications to try and get rid of the files, but no luck)

I ran EtreCheck and these are the stats:

Problem description:

    Hello BetseyH,

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your MacBook Air. Given the amount of RAM that this machine has, you may have to be particularly frugal memory-wise regarding which programs you run, especially when running them at the same time (you may need to close unnecessary apps whenever possible). For more detailed information about overall memory pressure and individual application memory loads, as well as other potential system resource issues, you may find the following article helpful:

    Sincerely,
