well, now, I guess that depends on what video card/GPU is in there. If you're talking about the older model mac pro, then maybe. If you're talking about the 2013 Mac Pro, then yes-it has an HDMI port and 6 thunderbolt ports which do Displayport. According to Apple you can connect up to 6 displays, but for now, If you want to use HDMI and mini Display Port, at least 3. Thunderbolt apparently supports Displayport and MiniDisplayPort just fine-however. it mentions 27" monitors only, so your mileage may vary, but, as far as I know, it should do so
