Podcasts not downloading

All of a sudden, as of yesterday, none of my podcasts are able to download, when I click on the download cloud, I get a message telling me that it's unable to download. The cloud becomes an arrow. The episodes will stream no problem but won't download?? I have 40gb free on the phone.

FWIW I have an iPhone 6plus. Both os and app are up to date
