Amazon home page opens as 1999 after clicking on a a flash update for youtube in safari. is this malware?

Amazon home page opens as 1999.. when i click anywhere on the page it fades away and the actual site appears. this happened shortly after on safari i clicked on flash update from youtube. is this malware? I ran disk utility but no luck :/ What should I do guys?

Also the same problem exists in both safari and chrome so its not just a safari web hacker

I've just seen this on my desktop computer. Not sure what's up, but I don't trust it.

Hello there,

Have you attempted to restart your network by unplugging your router for a full minute, then plugging it back in? This can help with intermittent issues such as what you're seeing with sluggish websites.

Additionally, clearing your browsers cookies and cache can help remove excess data that could be causing some loading issues. For each browser follow the links below:
