how to access the external wifi hard disk. network already detected

I am new to Apple product. I have configured the Internet Data Card also WiFi Router, Bluetooth mouse etc. Connected the WiFi D-Link SharePort Go. Now how to access the Drive connected to the D-Link SharePort?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10)
