FIND MY ID

I have an apple id account: *******

I've used the gmail address to sign up for your apple id above

but now, I would be in big trouble on the id by his own creation.

I use that login id on my iphone and now the situation is my iphone can not be more bark

it seems to be locked by another user, I can not continue to log on to your own apple id

So can you help me find my id. I'm thankful
