iPad Mail app won't send/reply (some) messages ... why?

I want to set up my new iPad to handle my emails, but ... My personal email through Comcast works fine (sends, receives, replys, manages emails as an imap), but my business email (through my go daddy website) receives emails, but I can't manage (trash) them, or reply, or generate new emails on my iPad -- I can, of course, do all that from my MacBook. What settings am I missing in setting up the second account?
