Mail

Why today can I not see my e mail on Mail on my IOS or iPad? Server is fine. Wifi fine. Nothing changed. E mail account and password for Yahoo is fine and mail shows on Safari Yahoo website.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.2, iPad and IOS both Mail failing

It seems like you don't see your email messages in the Mail app on your iPad. Checking your internet connection and logging into the Yahoo website were good troubleshooting steps.


Next I'd recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your iOS device.
  • Delete the affected email account from your device.
    • Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
    • Tap the affected email account.
    • Tap Delete Account.
    • Add your account again.
