iphone 5 battery replacement

Hi,

I have an iphone 5 that is eligible for the battery replacement. This phone was purchased in the US and the carrier is AT&T. However, I am currently in Budapest, Hungary. How should I go about getting my battery replaced? This phone currently isn't subscribed to any carrier in Hungary (just in airplane mode all the time).
