Saving YouTube clips to view offline

I would like to save a YouTube clip for viewing when offline. Is there an App I can download to do that?

There will never be an app to do that in the App Store, because it's illegal. You have no right to save YouTube content unless there's a "Download" button on the content page.

I'm not sure that Linc is correct. Because it's too easy to download YouTube files!

I use JDownloader. To get the video's URL, right click over the video and choose Get Video URL. If JDownloader is open, it usually detects the clipboard's content and alerts you to the available download, otherwise you will need to paste the URL into JDownloader.
