Need help someone...!!!

Ipod video. 80G. songs--intergrated....pictures--integrated...video--***. The video from commercial DVDs i uploaded useing Dvd fab decrypter. Problem is it just made more random files such as "video_ts.bup".. i downloaded the decryptor to take it off the dvd in a format that could be converted. what do i do. i can do it but i have to pay for an upgrade in dvd decrypor. that is unacceptable. why cant apple just have the technology on the site and why cant Itunes rip into ipod...(just a thought for programmers)... but anyway as it stands i need some person that specializes in Mac products as i specialize in PC
