How do I easily delete iMessage content
I can't seem to delete the content of various iMessage after 2 or more delete all.

You are trying to delete an entire thread from the conversation view if you are selecting the delete all option. That is only visible in the actual conversation view. Did you try deleting the thread from left hand pane of the messages app! Tap the Edit button, select the thread that you want to delete and then tap Delete.
