iphone 5s stuck in recovery

Hello,

I've ploughed through numerous topics on here about the iPhone 5s being stuck in recovery but nothing seems to of helped.

I sometimes get error 4013/4005 or error 2002.

I've changed the USB lead to 3 different cables ive got 2 of which are for other iPhone 5s's and 1 being for the iPad (not like it matters). I've scanned my PC for viruses and found none and i've also un-installed and re-installed itunes to the latest version including deleting the IPSW. The itunes just seems to freeze when updating.

Now my iPhone will only turn on if and when it's connected to a power source/ PC and will only display the Itunes logo with cable on screen.

Does anyone know how to fix it or what's best to do?

Hello Evaapter,

The only other thing you can try is to restore your iPhone by using another computer if you have access to one. If not, then you may need to contact Apple Support for further assistance. For more information, take a look at the articles below to help you out.
