I already update my apple ID in my iphone, but I can't update in my mac.

If you are referring to you changed your apple id and want to update your apple email address on the computer, open system preferences, then choose the iCloud pane. Sign out of iCloud. Sign back in with the correct apple id. Enable Mail and it will update the information in Mail.
