added $25 gift card, bought album twice, given no music, $20 credit taken

I added a $25 gift card onto iTunes, and wanted to buy an album which cost $9.99. I bought the album, and a message came up saying "service temporarily unavailable." I tried again, and it did the same. I ended up being charges $19.98 for the same album, and it never gave me the music.
