My Mac has latest Pages. How do I open and work with pages 08 files

I have the latest edition of Pages.

I have all my pages files in the 08 version.

When the disc was cleared it erased iWorks 08 and 09

They will need to be converted for iWork '09, then iWork for Mac- Importing and exporting iWork '09 documents.
