apple deleting content no longer on itunes from my icloud
if i bought movies, tv shows and music from itunes will apple delete them from my icloud account if broadcasters decide to revoke licensing rights?
If the rights-holder removes them from the store then they will also be removed from the cloud for redownloading - it's the rights-holder that removes them, not Apple. And if you move countries you will not be able to redownload your previous country's purchases (content is tied to the country as well as to the store), even if they are also in your new country's store.
You should keep and maintain your own backup copy of all of your downloads, you are only guaranteed one download of any item
