if i hv the latest version of software, how can i change my iCloud id

I understand that you would like to edit the Apple ID you use for iCloud. The attached article describes how to edit your Apple ID. Please make sure to read the first paragraph of the article as well which explains that if your Apple ID ends in @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com, you will not be able to edit the Apple ID.
