I cannot see FORGET ANSWERS or RESCUE link while changing my security questions of APPLE ID

please help me so i can change my security questions for security reason because I forget the answers of my previous questions .

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Help For Resetting Security Questions and/or Rescue Mail

1. If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support.

2. Apple ID- All about Apple ID security questions.

3. If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support.

Your Apple ID:

1. Manage My Apple ID.

2. Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support.

3. Apple ID - Apple Support.

I submitted my issue to iTunes Support

through email , Now i m waiting for their reply ..I am hoping this will be helpful for me ..
