Pages has been completely deleted off my mac after i had it taken into apple a few weeks ago

I took my macbook into Apple a few weeks ago to get the back replaced because it was cracking, after i picked it up the pages app on the dock was just a grey question mark that i couldnt click on. I went into finder and searched for pages and it is no longer on my mac at all, when i go to the app store it tells me to buy pages for $15. How do i get pages back without having to pay for it?

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

If you originally got it from a DVD or with your Mac, install it from DVD.

If you originally got it from the Mac App Store, log in with the same Apple ID, click on the Purchases tab, and download it from there. If you don't have access to an Apple ID which did, you need to buy it.

Sounds like Apple substituted your Mac or reinstalled the System.

Tell them to put your software back.
