activate mobile data for specific app

Hi i always disable mobile data for the apps for which i don't want to use mobile data. When i want to use such an app i toggle the switch to enable and when i'm done i put it pack to disable. However there is one app for which i can't enable mobile data. When i tick the button it goes to enable and within a second or two it turns back off.....

some-one seen this before?
