Have an a 4S , ios Version 7.1.2 (11D257) & since putting a replacement SIM in the handset the Wifi will only pick up my home network intermittently.
Also when out and about when friends can see numerous networks my handset only sees 2 or 3 & if you ask it to search for other networks it drops those altogether or only finds 1 more.
Has anybody else had a selective WiFi issue ? If so how did you fix it ?

For this issue where you're having issues with connecting to Wi-Fi networks, I'd like you to please Reset Network Settings by following the directions below.
Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.

Tried resetting network settings but the issue remains. I get a weaker signal than everybody off my own Wi-Fi so it appears to be a range issue. Everybody can see my neighbors network but I can 't
