Q: APPLE TV won't connect to Itunes
I've got my apple tv hooked up to a tv in a hotel room where i'm staying for an extended 3 week period. I had it working fine when suddenly i got messages that none of the services were available . when test the network I'm on the local wifi but i get a message saying can't connect to iTunes. I've tried reentering my password several times without luck.
On line it says to redownload by connecting to iTunes via the usb port on the back of the apple tv. when i plug into my IMAC nothing happens in iTunes. anyone have a suggestion?

Most hotels require the user to login to the network via webpage, which isn't possible on Apple TV. If something has changed within the network that may have caused the issue as well. Contact the provider or IT dept
If you want to try restoring. You need to follow the steps exactly (disconnect all cables, connect micro USB, if using a 3rd gen reconnect power). Connect directly to computer. Try a different cable.
