Cinema display sounds like a helicopter

I have 2 cinema displays, one of them is driving me nuts. The fan is making this repetitive noise like a distant BlackHawk helicopter coming over the horizon. Anyone else had this problem?

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
