Logic Pro X: Loops Are Unresponsive

I have been trying to use loops in Logic Pro X (latest software update), and every time I open the loops library all of the options are greyed out. I can still see the different categories, and it looks like the loops are there, but I just can't select any of them or drag and drop anything. I have located the loops file under Audio in Finder, and I have tried to drag and drop them back into the Loops Library in Logic, yet it is still not working. I have also tried re-indexing them, and deleting the loops file and re-downloading it, but it is still not working. Please Help!
