Strange window popped up.
Strange window popped up and I have no idea how i launched it. It could not be closed unless iOS restarted. What is this window for?

What you are seeing is the zoom accessibility feature on your iPhone. Take a look in Settings > General > Accessibility and look at the Zoom part to find out the features and how to use.
