I Just got a New iPhone 5 and had a I tunes card that I coulent get the code off, and the sore wouldmy exchange it, with really upset me , it might of only been a $ 15.00 card but it's about customer sevice, Michelle G*******

You are not talking to Apple. Go back to the store where you bought the gift card. No one else can do anything about it.

By the way, posting your phone number in a public forum is not a very smart thing to do.
