I charged my iPhone 6 plus last nite for 4 hours and reached max capacity 72% only. I always use battery app while charging it

If it's 72%, it's not fully charged. Are you saying that it says 72% in the status bar? Why do you think that means it's fully charged?
Get rid of whatever "battery app" you're talking about. They're not worth the space they take up on your phone. The information they give you is often false and more often misleading and confusing.
