Deleted email which was Apple ID.

You can change the primary email address on an account by logging into e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store (you will then have to verify the new email address by clicking on the link on the email that the account receives).

If you've already updated it, then to get it to show on your iPad tap on the old version of the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out of it, and then logbook in with the updated version of your account to 'refresh' the account on it. Similarly for the cloud, Settings > iCloud > Sign Out and then log back in
