Security questions?

I got a new phone, and i also had a $50 gift card. I tried downloading music, and it asked me for my security questions. I forgot them, and it said if i keep putting in the wrong answers it will lock the account on my phone -_-

then it says all i need to do is use my rescue email(which i don't have) so I try and make one.... and it asks me for my freaking security questions. Really?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.2

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
