iTunes is deleting my backup files for iPHone

iTUnes is deleting my backup files for iPHone

Every time i backup it is deleting my most current one. I have gone into apple store, called them, and everything else. And they have noe explanation other than to drag and move every backup file.

HOW WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN AND HOW DO I SOLVE OR REMOVE IT?!!!!!!!!!!
