Creating a Ringtone playlist in Itunes?

Hi. There seems to be no Ringtones or Tones playlist in iTunes anymore. I'm using the latest version of iTunes 12.1.1.4 and am using Windows 8.1 Itunes doesn't seem to accept dragging and dropping of files anymore from somewhere else on your computer. I know how to create a ringtone, but without a playlist to put them in, they won't work as a ringtone. Thanks.

To show the Tones source in your library click the ellipsis tool ... then tick the option box against Tones, then click the Bell icon.

The easiest way to add tones to the library is to drag & drop them to the Automatically Add to iTunes folder in your media folder.
