You can use it without any problem if you only have a 60W power adapter.
what if it is more powerful, ex. 1436 is 14,5W/ 3,1A and the other one is 16,5W/ 3,65A. will it cause a change in the battery life for example?
No. Your MacBook Air's battery will still be charged as usual, and it should not cause any battery issue (your Mac manages that).
